What we’re about
I'm a local surfer (31F) who's got an atypical schedule and am looking for some awesome ladies who are free at the same time to hit the waves with me! Anything to distract me from thinking at clump of seaweed under my board is a shark! I usually hit D Street around 3PM M/W and stay for an hour or two no matter the swell, no matter the tide. I'm more in it for hanging out in the big blue and chatting, so I'm happy with whatever my wave count shakes out to be.
All ages and abilities are welcome, though if you are just starting out on your surfing journey and will be hanging in the whitewater, I'll gladly chat with you while we walk out, but I will be hanging in the lineup past the breakers to catch some waves.
I only post two events a month due to Meetup's free account restrictions, but I surf every M/W, DM me for info if you don't see an event on a week you are stoked on.
