Join us on November 21st from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm for "Heartfelt Connections," a special 2-hour gathering designed to nourish the body, mind, and spirit. We’ll begin with a soul-soothing cacao ceremony to open the heart, followed by a guided gratitude meditation to reflect on our blessings and set intentions for the season. Afterward, we’ll come together for a Friendsgiving lunch where each participant is invited to bring a plate of food to share, creating a delicious community feast.
