Get ready to learn how to tap into and expand our awareness through our vessel with an introduction to kundalini yoga techniques. There is a lot of movement and breathwork involved and geared more toward those who occasionally exercise. The Kingdom of Heaven is within and whoever shall know thyself shall find it. The sun is heating up which shines on our vessel for a higher state of consciousness, there is a lot we need to let go of that is stuck in our vessel and it takes our movement and breath to purge it out.

We will perish if we dont increase our oxygen intake with this higher vibration. More oxygen means more circulation means a higher vibration. Karma will be much worse for us in our next lives if we don't at least try to make a change as much as we can. This is the ancient practice of activating the powers that reside in our chakras, the yogis call these powers siddhis. Get with it or get lost, literally.

The breathwork and movements will last at most 3 minutes. Bring water, wear comfortable clothes, and have a yoga mat and a pillow just in case.
