A lot of movement and breathwork is involved and geared more toward those who occasionally exercise. Your body is a vessel, and if it feels like a cage now, you must mentally prepare to break free from it.
This isn't a traditional yoga flow! This is a sequence to tap into your spirit with breath.

There is a lot we need to let go of that is stuck in our vessel and it takes our movement and breath to purge it out.
This is the ancient practice of activating the powers that reside in our chakras, the yogis call these powers siddhis. There is no change without challenge!
The breathwork and movements will last at most 3 minutes each. Bring water, and a yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothes.
Please, no eating at least 2 hours before or eat very light as this will surely affect the practice and slow you down. The entire session will last from 45 minutes to an hour.
