Get ready to learn how to tap into and expand our awareness through our vessel with an introduction to kundalini yoga techniques. There is a lot of movement and breathwork involved and geared more toward those who occasionally exercise. Your body is a vessel and if it feels like a cage now then you must mentally prepare yourself to break free from it. This isn't a traditional yoga flow! This is a sequence to tap into your spirit with breath.

The Kingdom of Heaven is within and whoever shall know thyself shall find it. The sun is heating up which shines on our vessel for a higher state of consciousness, there is a lot we need to let go of that is stuck in our vessel and it takes our movement and breath to purge it out.

We will perish if we dont increase our oxygen intake with this higher vibration. More oxygen means more circulation means a higher vibration. Karma will be much worse for us in our next lives if we don't at least try to make a change as much as we can. This is the ancient practice of activating the powers that reside in our chakras, the yogis call these powers siddhis. Get with it or get lost, literally.

The breathwork and movements will last at most 3 minutes. Bring water, wear comfortable clothes, and have a yoga mat and a pillow just in case.
Please, no eating at least 2 hours before as this will surely affect the practice and slow you down. The entire session will last from 45 minutes to an hour.
