What we’re about

Calling all early birds (or people who want to explore the world and tackle 5,000 - 10,000 steps before starting your day. We will meet three times each week at 6:15am and will walk starting at 6:30am for roughly one hour. This is a great time of day as the moon is setting and sun is rising. The air is crisp and you are starting your day surrounded by nature. It makes you grateful to be in Florida and helps you check exercise off your daily "TO DO" list. 


Locations will change so you can check out new areas of town and explore a variety of walking venues.
