Calçots BBQ🔥👩🏻‍🌾

Es la temporada de calçots y de salsa romesco!!
Es una comida típica de Cataluña, su origen se atribuye a la ciudad de Valls en la comarca Tarraconense del Alto Camp.
Un motivo de reunión con amigos en un espacio habilitado para hacer brasa.
Compraremos los calçots y la salsa en común. El precio es de 5 euros ( incluye calçots, salsa y carbón) y el pago se realizará por Bizum a Pauline antes del día 19 de febrero.
Y el resto de comida y bebida ( ensalada, butifarra...) cada uno llevará lo suyo.

It's a typical Catalan dish, its origin is attributed to the city of Valls in the Tarragona region of Alto Camp.
The second course is typically grilled meat, but you can also choose to bring your vegetarian food.
No better reason than to meet up with friends in a space equipped
for a BBQ.
We will buy the calçots and romesco sauce. The price is 5€ this will cover the cost of the calçots, sauce and charcoal, payment should be made by Bizum to Pauline before February 19th to reserve your place.
The rest of the food and drink you wish to consume (salads, meat etc...) should be brought by each person.
