Qigong Movement Meditation with Elizabeth Beaudry

Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong”) is a slow flowing exercise class, rooted in ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine, and designed for stress relief, balanced living, optimal health and emotional wellness. The simple movements are intentional and directly affect the flow of energy throughout the systems of the body. As each movement is linked with the breath, they have a powerful, nurturing effect on the parasympathetic nervous system. Symptoms may manifest physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually, and yet with Qigong, we address all these through movement of the physical body. The gentle, slow speed can often encourage a deep meditative state. Come join us!

Please bring your own water to stay hydrated. Yoga mats are optional.

Elizabeth Beaudry has always been drawn to the world of the unseen. Since she was born, she has had the gift of sensing energy, sparking a lifelong curiosity about the subtle aspects of life, that have guided her ever since.

With over a decade of teaching and healing sessions under her belt, Elizabeth gratefully channels a connection to Spirit in her Gatherings. As a Reiki Master Teacher and certified Qigong instructor, her sessions and classes are a unique blend of Reiki, light healing, light languages, crystal healing, breathwork, and more, all stemming from galactic shamanic traditions and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
