This time we are off to visit an emblematic peak in the Sierra of Guadarrama, Cabeza Líjar which is located within 3 provinces: Madrid, Segovia and Ávila.
The walk starts at the famous Alto del León and will take us through thick and magnificent pine forests alternating with jaw-dropping 360º views of the Sierra.
Our ascension will be rewarded with a stopover in Cabeza Lijar’s refuge and Spanish Civil War small fort where we will rest and get ready for our descent passing by the Collado de la Mina and it’s close-by Wolfram mine.
Price: 18€ adult (without insurance). If you'd like to take an insurance policy for the activity let us know.
You can book your place by paying a 5€ deposit. Pay the remaining fee in cash at the start of the walk.
Requisites: Adequate clothing and shoes for hiking with ankle protection and Intermediate English conversation level.
