Join us for a morning of Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga followed by a delicious Brunch and a fun-filled Language Exchange session.

During the yoga session, we'll focus on techniques to promote a pain-free life. Our instructor will guide you through gentle yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation, helping you relieve stress and find inner peace. No prior yoga experience is required, the session is suitable for all levels.

After the yoga session, it's time to enjoy a delicious Brunch, to mingle and practice your language skills! Engage in lively conversations with participants from around the world, exchanging languages and cultural knowledge. Meet fellow expats and Spanish locals who are eager to make new connections.

Whether you're interested in learning Spanish, French, English, or any other language, this event offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in language learning while having a great time. Expand your social network, discover new cultures, and share experiences with people from diverse backgrounds.

When
On Sunday from 11 am to 4 pm
Arrive 5 minutes early, after 10 minutes from the start, entry is not allowed.

Place
The Yoga session will take place at Espai Dodecaedre: C/Dos de Maig 202, ground floor 3 - Barcelona (Metros: Encants / Glòries). From there we'll walk to the brunch place.

What to bring
Comfortable clothing, water and a towel. Bring your own mat or use one from our studio.

Just the Yoga class: €12
Just the Brunch: €21
Full Pack Yoga + Brunch: €30

In cash during the previous language exchanges.
NO SHOWS: there won't be refunds no matter the reason.

At least 24 hours in advance. Refund in credits to use in the next session.

Únete a nosotros para una mañana de Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga seguida de un delicioso brunch y una sesión de intercambio de idiomas llena de diversión.

Durante la sesión de yoga, nos centraremos en técnicas para promover una vida sin dolor. Nuestra instructora te guiará a través de suaves posturas de yoga, ejercicios de respiración y meditación, ayudándote a aliviar el estrés y encontrar la paz interior. No se requiere experiencia previa en yoga, la sesión es apta para todos los niveles.

Después de la sesión de yoga, es hora de disfrutar de un delicioso brunch, socializar y practicar tus habilidades lingüísticas. Participa en animadas conversaciones con personas de todo el mundo, intercambiando idiomas y conocimientos culturales. Conocerás a otros expatriados y gente local con ganas de hacer nuevas conexiones.

Ya sea que estés interesada en aprender español, francés, inglés o cualquier otro idioma, este evento ofrece una oportunidad única para sumergirte en el aprendizaje de idiomas mientras te lo pasas genial. Cuándo
Domingo de 11h a 16 h.
Llega 5 minutos antes, pasados 10 minutos del inicio no se permite la entrada.

Lugar
La sesión de Yoga tendrá lugar en Espai Dodecaedre: C/Dos de Maig 202, planta baja 3 - Barcelona (Metros: Encants / Glòries). Desde allí caminaremos hasta el lugar del brunch.

Qué traer
Ropa cómoda, agua y una toalla. Trae tu propia esterilla o usa una de nuestro estudio.
