As the weather is forecasted to have rain or clouds all over most of our island!

We will explore along the coastline in an area that is still forecasted to have nice weather and cross our fingers! 😃💫

1. Introduction:

We are a group for international environmentally minded, exsiting and new comming friends, who wants to explore and learn about all! 🙂💫

We min go 5 people and max 9 people, not too few to not have a group feeling and not too many as to not all being able to meet :-)

We are not a hiking group, but an exploration group, that go and visit mostly remote and off track interesting locations that has natural, environmental or cultural importance while also teaching us about the history of the land! And for that, yes, we have to hike through the varied and wild nature of our amazing island!

We stay together as a group! So that we can all experience and learn together!

I am Erik a Danish Architect working on a Nature Restoration Project here on GC! 💫🙂

On our events I share with you through casual conversation the knowledge that I have gathered about the places we visit and its Ancient Culture, Nature & Enviromental History! 💫👍

Our events are all about having a good time, while learning about the island in general, while making new friends! 🙂💫

If the forecasted weather for our destination goes bad, we always try to find a new destination with a better forcasted weather if possible :-)

2. Describtion of Expedition:
   Exploration along the wild coast south of the unknown beach town of El Burrero!😃

We will explore along the wild coast from here and down to beautiful and mostly also unknow local beach town of Arinaga!

This coastal area is impressive wild and raw and mostly a forgotten area!

We will pass the desert beach of El Cabron and the old salt dams!

We explore along rual tracks, sand and beach stones!

After the hiking part of the expedition we will go for more inspired philosophical talk, wine and tapas at a local restaurant :-D

3. Facts and conditions for joining us:

As we always go on and off track exploring you need be fit and agile :-)

Have good health and not suffer from afflictions like fear or other issues that can prove problematic being out at times off track in the wild!

We are from all over the world we use English as common foreign language so you must be able to communicate well in english!

You have to have a resent recognizable profile photo on this meetup group so that we all can see who is who! 🙂👍

Participation is 10 Euro + about 10Euro for transport, we go by public bus

On our expeditions events we aim to create knowledge about how the islands nature and farmland can be regrown for the benefit of the local farmers and us all!

On our Natute restoration project we research and test how to the fastest regrow the now desertified nature and creat some fantastic fun farming products in the process! 💫😀🙏
