❄️ Let's do something different and let's go to French Pyrenees!
2 days will be full of plans!

❄️ Attracted by the landscape of the Pyrenees, the charm of the Pyrenean villages and the thermal waters, visitors come every year from Spain, from nearby Catalonia, and from other regions of France to enjoy the beneficent and relaxing power of the waters of Saint Thomas!

❄️ We will stay in a cozy bungalows, somewhere lost in the forest and will do 1st day hiking and in the evening we go to hot springs, and a 2nd day we will do snowshoes !

How will be our weekend?

❄️ Day 1 Saturday

We are going to do a beautiful hike in Gorges de Carança, unique in its place. We will have a fantastic walk along both sides of a deep gorge,will pass lots of cliff edges and will see some amazing views!

The Thues Thermal Water Canyon is the only place in Europe where rappelling over waterfalls with hot water from thermal springs that sprout with temperatures between 35º and 45º and the union of runoff waters, make this ravine have an ideal temperature in all its route!!!

💦 After nice fresh walking in the evening we will go to The Baths of Saint Thomas natural thermal waters located at 1150 meters of altitude that will be waiting us in the heart of the Eastern Pyrenees ,it's an ideal place to relax after a day hiking trail.

❄️ Day 2

⏰07:30 Waking up ,delicious breakfast
🤸8:30 We will go to Les Anglés , beautiful forest range where we can practise snowshoes .We will hike till wild refuge,passing by beautiful lakes and wild range!

If there would be no snow we will do alternative hiking route

DETAILS ❄️

⏰Let´s meet on Saturday early at 07:45 in Vivari( Fabra i puig). It will take us about 3 ,15 hours to get there.

Back to Barcelona :Sunday 21.00h. approximately

Total Distance of hiking : first day 9 km,second day 10 km if you do
another hike aprox.elevation: 500 m. Altitude : 1900

Estimated Completion Time: 4 hours in total walking first day+ 1 hour for the lunch , +2 hours enjoying the village and therma spa

💰 What does the price include?

• 🏠Bungalow 1 night sleeping (shared room for 2,3 people in bungalov of 6-7 people)

• 💦 Entrance to the wellness center of natural thermal waters and Sauna
•⛰️👧 oficial mountain guide and his assistant.

What it does not included:
• Gasoline ,which you pay to a driver, it would be a proximally 25 euros going and coming back
• Dinner and snacks you buy there
•parking in Gorges de Caranca,5 euros per car

Information for the drivers
you pay only 110 euros and you will be payed a gasoline.

✅If you cancel one week before you can recover your deposit,
After this time the full price will be required to be paid (unless we find a replacement for your place)

I✅f you have serious reasons not to come(sickness)(provement needed) you can do with us any other activity in the future and use the payment.

🥾Dear hikers, this day we will go🚆 by train to Figaro. It’s easy to go there and the place worth it!

The hike does not have any technical difficulty ,but it’s steep and challenging!
🌲🌳🌿🍃🌞

This hike is full of meadows, we will discover beautiful “ Throne”,the Cliffs of Berti and once we continue towards Montmany by the Cliffs we can enjoying beautiful views. We will pass the Ruins of Can Rumbeia and we will arrive at the Escletxot of Can Volant and will find the Stone Table, and then the Ruins of the Rovira,as you see many many surprise are on our way!:)

MEETUP DETAILS

📍First option We are meeting at 09:15 in Sagrera renfe station (inside of the station) The train leaves at 09:45
📍Second Option. At 10:30 Directly at Figaró station (R3 direction Vic)it is 40 min from Pl.Catalunya

🌳How will be our Day?
· 10:30 We arrive to Figaro and start the hike directly
(as we give you more time to sleep you can have a breakfast home:)
· 13:30 We will stop for a lunch.
· 17:30 we will be back to Figaro village
·18:30 after a nice coffee /beer break will be hitting back to Barcelona
·19:15 back to Barcelona

THE PLAN
⛰️ Fantastic route from Collbató to Sant Ofre and Sant Joan Monastery, shows one of the most magical routes through the most famous mountain in Catalonia-Montserrat!

⛰️ The route runs from the town of Collbató , is one of the great circuits that we can enjoy through this emblematic Catalan mountain.
This journey runs through the steepest part of the mountain and that from afar provides that unique aspect that makes it so special.

⛰️ The Montserrat Mountain, universally renowned for its appearance and its monastery, hides in its interior an almost unknown underground world. A varied range of chasms and caves pierce the apparently compact conglomerate massif of Montserrat.

❄️We are all in the mood of New year!! , and there is no better city to feel it then medieval village Rupit! Nowadays the street are decorated with lights and you will observe everywhere famous "Caganets"!

**❄️**Charming little medieval village of Rupit is dating back to 920, the village's castle ruins are surrounded by houses built during the 16th and 17th centuries.

**❄️**Our trip will provide plenty of time to explore the streets of a medieval village, but before that we will do a hike to Salto de Sallent waterfall ! El Salto del Sallent is an impressive waterfall of about 90 meters high and we will enjoy the views of the valley and cliff!

In the evening we will attend a " Life Christmas "-"Pecebre" ,it is a life spectacle organized by all the people who lives in Rupit ,to demonstrate how the Christmas was born.It realy feels like you got back to that ancient time! At the end they used to give a hot chocolate to drink:)
