💡 Mindful moments: Each week, we dive into a 30-minute workshop tackling relatable topics like motivation, phone habits, and creating a better environment for ourselves and others.
☕ Connect & Unwind: Want to hang out afterward? Join us for coffee (or a swim!) and get to know the community—new friends are waiting!
