My name is Joy. I am half french, half lebanese 😊. I will be your teacher in this amazing studio in the center of Valencia.
I will elevate your practice with my 6 years of experience in Hatha, Vinyasa and Power yoga. I
My class are fun with partner work, adjustment, inversions, anatomy drills !
All levels are welcome, i will always give opcion to respect your body and limits.
I worked and managed retreats all over the world (Ibiza, Mexico, Columbia, Italy, Marrocco, France…) to bring poeple together ! I am happy to be here now 🕊️
