We're waiting for you every Friday at Mons Hostel (Azcuenaga 1896, Recoleta) at 7:00 pm to share English, Spanish, and Portuguese. And every Saturday at Rabieta Bar (Av. del Libertador 4101, Hipodromo de Palermo) at 5:30 pm for English and Spanish exchange.
What’s Mate Club de Conversación? It’s an exclusive language exchange gathering where, while sharing a good mate, we connect with people from all around the world in a fun, creative, and well-organized way.
Mate is a symbol of friendship and of sharing in the Argentine culture, thus converting it in an emblem for the values that we wish to instill in our space.
Who is Mate Club for? The event is for anyone—no matter your age, gender, diversity, or culture.
Why is there an entrance fee? The entry fee ($5,000 ARS) covers your participation in a unique, guided event led by a Mate Club coordinator. Plus, it includes all the mate you want! The yerba, mate cup, and thermos are all set up for you throughout the event.
How can I sign up for the events? You can sign up by transferring the entry fee to the alias mateclub2024 (Nahuel Tripodi) or by paying cash on the event day.
Also, a heads up: lots of people choose a monthly subscription to Mate Club. Wondering how to do this and what benefits it has? The monthly subscription costs just $15,000 ARS, letting you attend up to 4 events in the month, plus free entry to special events.
