🌱 \*\*Join Us for *Beyond Sadness: Navigating Through Grief's Emotions*\*\* 🌱
Rediscover connection, resilience, and meaning in our 6-week, in-person grief support group designed to help you process loss in a safe, nurturing space. Led by life coach, death doula, and grief educator Elizabeth Huang, this group provides tools, compassionate discussions, and the power of community to support you in building resilience and creating a new sense of direction. Light refreshments will be provided each week.

**WHO THIS IS FOR:** If you're navigating grief and seeking connection, deeper emotional understanding, and support in moving forward, this group is for you.

**WHY ATTEND:** Grieving with intention helps prevent old wounds from reopening, harmful patterns from forming, and our purpose from feeling lost. In this group, you’ll have the space to truly feel your emotions, connect with others, and discover ways to honor your journey.

**WHAT YOU’LL GAIN:** Each session includes mindfulness exercises, group discussions, and personalized action steps to support ongoing healing.
