During this workshop we will be introduced to the Eight Limbs of Yoga, focusing on the Yama's and Niyama's. We will learn how to weave the ethics of Yogic living into our everyday lives to ease suffering and find joy.
Dress comfortably or feel free to sign up for the Gentle Yoga class at 10am, giving you an hour in between to grab a cup of coffee or a light lunch.
