Join us for a lunchtime educational workshop. Meet empowered professional women like you and grow personally and professionally at this dynamic educational event!

Ditch the elevator pitch- our events support connection and collaboration! At She Goes High, we don't blindly pass out business cards or ask, "so, what do you do?"

You’re invited to have fun, participate, and support women leaders at this interactive event!

**When:** The first Wednesday of the month, 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

**Where:** Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce, 225 S Meldrum St · Fort Collins, CO

We are located in Old Town Fort Collins, west of College. Free parking is available. Depending on where you park, you can stay for 2 hours or without a time limit. Handicap parking is available right next to the building. There are wide sidewalks leading to the building and wheelchair accessible ramps on the sidewalks. The entrance of the building is level with the sidewalks.

Inside the space, you can find us in the boardroom. Once you come into the building it is the big room with the double doors between the two hallways. The space is set up with long tables in a circle. There are regular height chairs with soft backs and seats positioned on the outside of the circle at the table. As you go towards the back of the room, you’ll find a window that connects the kitchen to the boardroom. You can get complimentary coffee and tea by moving through the open doorway to the kitchen.

Restrooms can be accessed by continuing to the back, past the kitchen. Once you can’t go back anymore, turn to the left, and bathrooms are on the right. They have doors that push open. There is 1 ADA accessible toilet and 1 non-ADA accessible toilet.

**Event Flow:**
Please note that this is an estimated timeline. Some times might be shorter or longer depending on group size or participation.

* 11:30 - 11:40p Get settled/ networking (10 minutes). If you don’t show up at 11:30, it’s ok. You’re welcome to show up just how you are, even if that’s late or in your loungewear. We want to see you!
* 11:40 - 11:50p Welcome/ intro (10 minutes). We’ll go over why this community was started and recognize our sponsors who help us to provide 2 free events each month so we can support you wherever you are in your professional and financial journey.
* 11:50 - 12:10p Attendee intros (20 minutes). These are not elevator pitches. Yay! You can choose to participate at whatever level you’re comfortable with, including skipping your intro.
* 12:10 - 12:50p Workshop (40 minutes). Our presenter will present on their topic. Feel free to ask questions as they relate to the talk.
* 12:50 - 1:00pUpcoming events/ close/ goodbyes (10 minutes). Find out about our upcoming events and connect with any of the women you thought were interesting.

**ABOUT THE CO-WORKING**
The holiday season can get busy. That's why we're adding in these extra co-working sessions to give you a little accountability and motivation to set aside time to complete your goals or tasks.

The 2 hour time length can let you get some deep work in or make progress on some of the home tasks that kept getting put to the side.

Some things you might consider working on:
\- scheduling social media posts or email newsletters for the holiday season
\- writing holiday cards for friends and family
\- wrapping up your last minute business tasks before going out of town
\- reaching out to prospects\, past clients\, and referral partners
\- working on your goals from the She Goes High Summit
\- reviewing and reflecting on the past year
\- anything else that's been on the back burner that you want complete for the end of the year

Here's the event flow:
\- Check in with your name and what you're planning on working on\.
\- Work on your project while on mute\.
\- In the last 5\-10 minutes\, depending on how many people are joining us\, share your progress\.

You stop in your tracks when reading the first statement because when thinking about hiring a coach/consultant for your business or personal development needs…fun is not the first thing that comes to mind. You are here for business not to play around. But I bet you notice a tug from your heart that says “But what if we can grow AND have fun at the same time?!”

Tapping into her own strength of Positivity, Elizabeth has a passion for guiding people in uncovering, developing, and executing on their strengths in a way that is engaging, empowering, and actionable. Informed through an educational and professional background in counseling, higher education, and small business leadership, she has a unique ability to work with both leaders and individual contributors.

Fun is a core belief that Elizabeth holds, and she believes that when businesses and individuals are leveraging their strengths fun can effortlessly be a natural part of the growth process. When we feel like things are more effortless and fun, the hard work becomes more palatable and then issues like conflict, turnover, and dis-engagement begin to decrease in the small business, corporate, and non-profit spaces.

Since teaching in 2017, my classes have been a little oasis of time and connection where you can explore movement, choose what you do with your body, and have permission to play and make "mistakes".

I love providing the opportunity to unplug from the busy and connect to what really matters to you. I find joy in making yoga accessible, applicable to life off the mat, and fun.

It is my mission to provide practices that can be integrated into your life in small ways so you can move out of stress, overwhelm, and pain. Looking forward to a bright, healthy future is possible.

**FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:**

**Q. Can I miss one or two of the sessions?**
A. Yes. These sessions are drop in, in order to give you flexibility with your schedule. If only 1 of them works for you, feel free to show up to that one and skip the rest.

**Q. This date and/or time won't work for me. Will there be more co-working sessions available for varying schedules?**
A. Maybe. This is the first time we're hosting this and will consider adding more depending on interest and engagement.

**Q. How large are the groups?**
A. The group is limited to 20 in order to fit everyone's face on the screen at the same time.

**Q. Do I need to have my camera on the whole time?**
A. No. This is She Goes High. You can participate at a level that's right for you. Our hosts will have their cameras on as long as there aren't any technical difficulties.

**Q. Can I join if I am not an Impact Member?**
