"How" we can use good questions to better understand our users
"Why" this better understanding helps us manage (Atlassian) applications
And why the "how" and "why" were emphasized in the text.
By the end of the session, your toolkit will be freshly filled to make your users even happier in the future - whether it's the upcoming migration, the introduction of new features, or simply the implementation of a new requirement.
