Embark on a journey of self-discovery and mindfulness as we delve into this week's installment of "Personal Transformation Through Meditation" series. Each session is designed to stand alone while synergistically enhancing the transformative power when practiced as a series.
Agenda:
- 10:00 AM - 10:15 AM: Introduction to foundational meditation techniques (in person only)
- 10:15 AM - 10:30 AM: Meditation theory and instruction
- 10:30 AM - 11:15 AM: Guided meditation session
- 11:15 AM - 12:00 PM: Indulge in light refreshments post-meditation.
