Christmas Meal in Exton

Time to celebrate!
Join us for our annual Christmas meal! This year we're meeting in the lovely village of Exton, at the Puffing Billy pub. It's a great location and our Christmas meal is always a great social occasion to socialise with other members. We look forward to seeing you!

Please see the 'Set party menu', from which you can choose either two courses for £29.95 or three courses for £34.95.

Signing up - important!
The deadline to sign-up, make your menu choices and pay for your meal in full is 10 October.

To confirm your place at the meal, you need to do all of the following by 10 October:

(1) RSVP to the event here.
(2) Provide your menu choices (see link below).
(3) Transfer the full amount for your meal by 10th October to:

You need to transfer the money by 10 October so that we can confirm exact numbers with the venue. We are asking for full payment now to avoid any confusion or missed payments on the night (see the refund policy below). If you've not paid by the 10 October, your place will be freed-up to someone on the waiting list and you'll be removed from the event listing.

Waiting list
This event will be locked after 10 October but you can put your name on this waiting list if the event is full. If a space becomes available, you'll be contacted.

Refunds
If you are unable to attend the meal and notify us after 10 October, you will be refunded the amount you've paid less £10 per individual booking (the pub will charge us this for no-shows).

Getting to the pub
The pub is located 2 minutes walk from Exton railway station (services every 30 minutes from Exeter and Exmouth) and is also on the 57 bus route. The pub has ample parking in its car park or on nearby roads.
