Dec 18~31 2024 "O" Circuit of Torres del Paine (Patagonia) Backpack
Details
Declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO and the eighth wonder of the world in 2013, Torres del Paine National Park is undoubtedly a world-class tourist attraction that delights for so many reasons that it becomes difficult to put it into words. You'll find exceptional geography of majestic massifs, turquoise lakes, icebergs, rivers, lenga forests and extensive pampas visited by guanacos, ñandúes and pumas. Camping spots are limited in the park and you are not allowed to dispersed camp in the park.
Out of sheer luck, I was able to book camping sites for 3 people to do this classic trek in 8 days, and I was even able to get spots at the Chileno campground where you are only 5k away from the scene in above picture: the Towers of Torres del Paine.
