Psychic Art Workshop

Also known as automatic, incidental surrealism, or spirit art, drawing and painting from subconscious impetus is a fascinating--and learnable--technique. In this workshop you will have a chance to try your hand at automatic drawing then interpret what you and others have created.

No prior art or intuitive reading experience is required, only a willingness to explore expectations, processes, and your own creative potentials. More info here.

Required materials: several colors of a dry drawing medium (e.g.
pastels, charcoal, chalk, conté or crayon) in light, mid, dark values. Drawing paper or sketch book (8x10 or larger), mid toned or white. A full palette of colors is optional, not required.
