**DONATION:** *Donation of $2 to $5+ appreciated per person for our Meetup.* Help us keep this Meetup going! Meetup raised its rates notably in Aug 2024 and now charges us over $300/yr (Yikes!). So, we ask members to please donate a few dollars per meetup to help cover the membership cost. Your contribution is much appreciated!

**FOOD ADVICE:** Sometimes people ask me what to bring. As noted, if you come from another country, we always encourage people to make & share a dish from their country. Otherwise, there are plenty of easy to make recipes for potlucks online. I advise people to lean toward entrées, side dishes, hors d'oeuvres or beverages (usually people bring wine, beer, or seltzer). We don't need that many desserts--though a few are appreciated, but usually store bought desserts go uneaten unless they're good quality. Also, soda & non-craft beers often don't get consumed.
