Welcome to the Pennypack Environmental Center Meetup group! Our mission is to bring together eco-conscious individuals who are passionate about parks and recreation, sustainable mobility, environmental education, and activism. Whether you're interested in learning more about nature, participating in outdoor activities, or getting involved in environmental conservation efforts, this is the perfect group for you. Join us for hikes, workshops, clean-up events, and more as we come together to protect and preserve the beautiful natural spaces of Pennypack Park and beyond. Let's work together to make a positive impact on our environment!
Please note that any festivals listed (Apple, Maple, Sheep, Fall) do not have leaders because we are hosting the festival as a whole. We encourage everyone to come, meet us at information, learn more about the days, and enjoy the festival on your own, exploring the aspects you like best.
All of our adventures as mostly outside in all weather. And for hikes like moon or wildlife hikes, we cannot guarantee you will see wildlife or even the moon, but nature provides beauty in different form on every hike.
We always want to improve our programs. We welcome and appreciate constructive feedback.
