TUESDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2024
4:00 p.m. Arrive at Fairmont Le Château Frontenac in Quebec City overlooking the St. Lawrence River and the fortified old city. Take in the scenery while savoring locally focused cuisine or cocktails at one of four elegant culinary destinations. Our heritage urban resort tops the list of Quebec City hotels with indoor pools thanks to a superb fitness and aquatic center that includes a whirlpool and steam bath. From the European-style charm of our guest rooms to restorative treatments in the spa, our landmark luxury hotel promises an unforgettable stay.
6:00 p.m. Dinner at L’Entrecote Saint Jean.
WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2024
7:00 a.m. A full breakfast is included in your stay.
9:00 a.m. Meet the guide for a full day tour of Ste Anne de Beaupre and surrounding area including Island of Orleans.
9:30 a.m. Arrive at Montmorency Falls. These falls, 1.5 times higher than Niagara Falls were the first to be used for hydro-electricity in Quebec.
10:30 a.m. Visit the Ste Anne Basilica
11:35 a.m. Visit the Copper Studio.
12:30 p.m. Lunch at Auberge Baker.
2:00 p.m. Wine Tasting at Vignoble du Mitan
3:30 p.m. Approximate return time to the hotel and dinner on your own.
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2024
7:00 a.m. A full breakfast is included in your stay.
9:00 a.m. Meet your Guide for a 3 Hour Quebec City Tour. This includes viewing the Plains of Abraham, and the Citadelle, the narrowest street in North America. You'll explore the mysteries of North America's only walled city.
12:00 p.m. Approximate return to the hotel where your guide will leave you.
Visit the German Christmas market at your leisure.
6:00 p.m. Dinner at Erabliere du Lac Beauport – traditional French-Canadian sugar shack dinner.

We depart on a 7-night cruise through paradise. Enjoy a romantic evening sail by Mount Kilauea before docking in Maui where we have two days to explore the Haleakala Crater, Kaanapali Beach. Next, we dock in Hilo on the Big Island of Hawaii where eight of the world’s 11 possible climate zones exist. We can see glacial lakes, active Kilauea Volcano, lush rainforests and botanical gardens. Then visit Kona’s coffee plantations, walk through the Kona Cloud Forest or hit the links at one of four world-famous courses. Scenic cruising precedes docking in the "Garden Isle” of Kauai where we spend a day and a half. Kauai is famous for its Blue Grotto, beautiful Waimea Canyon and the awesome Na Pali Cliffs. Return to Honolulu for the return flight home.
