If you are a women currently pregnant or who just had a baby, this group is for you. I am a Mom of three. As a Personal Trainer and Former Labor & Delivery Nurse, I educate women throughout pregnancy in the areas of fitness, nutrition, mindset, understanding pregnancy, body changes, and staying comfortable and happy for a safe and successful birthing experience.
For new moms, this is a great group to connect with for support and a few laughs about the reality of mom life and the effect it has on us day to day. Learn and love yourself and your baby with low-impact workouts focused on core and pelvic floor stability. As well as breathing and mindset focus to gain control of the new changes happening in your world and the baby's world daily.
