Bring some games if you want.. start your own table and see who wants to play or have a wander around and join another..
if you have games you wish to sell, bring them along with cost and contact details on a sheet of paper so people can find you to purchase..
Doors open @ 19.00 once I've opened up and put some tables out. Entry £3 per person.
Snacks and fizzy cans will be available (cash or paypal). Free tea and coffee (bring a mug).
FREE game give away will take place during the evening. one free ticket on entry, additional tickets are available to purchase @50p. At least one prize ticket will be pulled around 10pm. there will also three rounds of higher or lower to win free entry for two to the next meet up.
Rules
Adults only, no more needs to be said.
There will be a charge for the monthly hall evening event of £3, payment on arrival. the hall has a capacity of 90 so it's first come, first entry. Once capacity is reached we can not let others in, sorry. Capacity seems to be about 60, depending on how many seats around the tables.
You will be offered a loyalty card on arrival is you don't have one. stamp on an empty space and when you have 5 stamps, the 6th visit is free.
Bring some money (coins) for the above plus the opportunity to enter a raffle to win a game and you can buy drinks and snacks. also to buy any games that are being sold by others.
No alcohol. Soft drinks only. Guests found with alcohol will be politely asked to leave. Cans will be available to purchase on the night but feel free to bring your own should you wish. There will be FREE tea and coffee facilities available, bring your own mug!
Abusive and threatening behaviour will not be tolerated. Don't be a dick, you will be asked to leave.
Respect the property, this is a shared hall used by many groups. Treat it like you would your home (or if your home is a mess, my home). Tidy up after yourself and clean up if you make a mess.
Look after the games. People have spent their hard earned cash buying games that you may play. Be respectful of that.
No cheating.. no cards up sleeves, mirrors or any kind of 'Rain Man' activities please 😁
If you play a game and the group finish, pack it away before moving on to another...
What happens at the table stays at the table.. Yes someone might make a dick move or win hands down but remember it's just a game.. Tantrums such as throwing dice, game pieces, banging or kicking the table etc will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave.
