A New Restorative Yoga and Meditation class at Blissful Alchemists. Join Carolyn for a restful yoga and meditation. Carolyn will also combine visualization and affirmation techniques.

Visualization meditation, also known as guided imagery, is a meditation technique that involves using vivid imagery to help you relax, focus, or train your attention. It's based on the idea that the mind's imaginative power can help you conjure up images that can induce feelings of calm and relaxation.

Affirmations are short, encouraging statements that people say to themselves to help them feel better about themselves and their lives. They can help people think in ways that make their lives better, and can promote self-confidence and belief in one's own abilities. Affirmations can also help people navigate life's challenges more effectively by affirming their values and strengths.
