Come join us in fighting that midweek slump by doing 3, 4, or 5 miles in one of the nicest parts of town. Runners of all levels and paces are invited.If you are training for an upcoming race, or want to improve your speed or endurance, the event host will be more than happy to help in designing a program for you.
COVID Update
We are going to start back with our group meetups as hosts feel comfortable doing so. Please understand that as a community organization, we want to follow the safety guidelines set by the county. Please maintain physical separation as much as possible and wear a mask when you cannot. Our hosts will post their runs on Meet Up as they resume their schedules. Please check there to see when each group begins meeting. We are excited to see you all again!
