Weekly Vertical Training at Clementi.
Location: Clementi Central
Timing: 0645pm
What to bring: Water bottle (at least 1 liter of water)
WALK-UP..... WALK-DOWN.... RUN-UP....RUN-DOWN...
Follow your own pace and keep improving your stamina. Vertical training is essential for hikers and climbers, specifically targeting the muscles and movements required for ascending and descending steep inclines. This training helps strengthen the lower body muscles, including the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves, which are heavily engaged during uphill climbs and downhill descents. Follow your own pace and keep improving your stamina.
