Thu Night Dupont Run

Hello, runners!

If you're looking for a fun, friendly group of people to run and socialize with, you've come to the right place! We meet at 6:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, right in the middle of Dupont Circle.

All paces are welcome!

Our routes are usually between 3.5 and 4.5 miles, sometimes with longer/shorter options. We will usually post a route ahead of time, so be sure to check it out in the messages (though we will also go over the route before we set off). Our routes often take us through some particularly beautiful parts of the city, including Woodley Park, Georgetown, the National Mall, and Rock Creek Park.

We will run rain or shine (or snow!), but not in a thunderstorm or a blizzard. Weather-related updates will generally be posted to this page in advance of the Meetup.
