Celebrate the season with a festive outdoor evening stroll through Historic Fourth Ward, beautifully decorated for the holidays! This self-guided, porch-crawl-style tour will include delicious food and cocktail tastings (while they last), seasonal live music and complimentary Ride Charlotte golf cart rides (first come, first served) in the most walkable and picturesque Victorian-era heart of the neighborhood.

Spaghett will host cooking demos with complimentary small bite and mocktail tastings on their patio at 5:30, 6:15, 7:00, and 7:45 each night of the tour. Limited space; first-come, first served for each tasting/demo. Spaghett is opening soon at 224 W. 10th Street, so enjoy this preview.

Due to the range of ticket options, please read thoroughly before purchasing, and review FAQ’s and health & safety protocols at the bottom of this page. After purchasing, please OPEN THE RECEIPT attached to your confirmation email to review your ticket purchase. The body of the email itself is very confusing.
NOTE: Those who choose to purchase an upgraded ticket will enjoy both the Holiday Sip & Stroll AND interior tours of 3 spectacular private homes, decorated for the season.
Holiday Sip & Stroll ONLY Ticket Options.
NOTE: The Sip & Stroll is a self-guided, outdoor-only event, with stops located in the heart of the neighborhood. NO interior home tours are provided with this ticket option.
• Sip & Stroll Day-Specific Tickets ($30) are valid only for Thursday, Friday OR Saturday; they are valid only on the date for which they are issued.
• Sip & Stroll Flex Tickets ($40) may be used on the tour date (Thurs, Fri or Sat) of your choice. Flex tickets are the perfect option for those who want to secure a ticket before sell-out and decide later which tour day best fits their schedule.
Sip & Stroll + Holiday Home Tour Ticket Options
Note: This ticket type allows the holder to participate in the full Sip & Stroll event, as well as tour the interiors of 4 private homes, decorated for the season according to the homeowners' individual taste.
• Sip & Stroll + Holiday Home Tour Day-Specific Tickets ($45) are valid only for Thursday, Friday OR Saturday; they are valid only on the date for which they are issued.
• Sip & Stroll + Holiday Home Tour Flex Tickets ($60) may be used on the tour date (Thursday,
Friday or Saturday) of your choice. Flex tickets are the perfect option for those who want to secure a ticket before sell-out and decide later which tour day best fits their schedule. While you may only visit each location once, this ticket is great for those who want to split the tour over two or more days (e.g., Sip & Stroll one day/interior home tours the next).

TICKET INSTRUCTIONS
Upon purchasing your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite. Please check the receipt attached to your confirmation email, to confirm that you have purchased the correct ticket type. The body of the Eventbrite email is confusing!
When you arrive at the tour, simply check in at the Ticket Booth at the corner of W. 9th & N. Poplar Streets. Please bring a printed or digital copy of your ticket with you; we will scan your ticket for check-in. You will then receive your guidebook (required for touring) and you will be on your way!
Tickets are non-refundable: Friends of Fourth Ward is a non-profit, volunteer-powered organization, and the Holiday Sip & Stroll is a fundraising event for the neighborhood and multiple organizations, including: Charlotte Mecklenburg Library, Voices Raised, Historic Elmwood Pinewood Cemetery, and Charlotte Ballet; for these reasons, we are unable to issue refunds on ticket purchases. However, if we are forced to cancel all or part of the tour, we will refund ticket purchases accordingly, less Eventbrite ticketing fees. Thank you for understanding!
Tour is rain or shine. And remember, the event runs ONLY on December 5, 6 and 7, from 5-9 pm each night.
