❓ What will we do this session?

December is ADVENT OF CODE TIME. 🕯️💻
Advent of Code is a special kind of advent calendar—to help pass the time until Christmas faster, we get a riddle to solve every day!
You can solve the riddle in any programming language you like, or you can even solve it on paper! Whether you are on day 11 already or just starting on day one, join us! If requested we can also solve a riddle together.

If you don't want to work on the Advent of Code examples, you can still work on any project or tutorial you like. You can bring your homework, your own personal project, or choose from a whole library of exercises we have prepared for you. We support a whole range of programming languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and Java.

🎒 What do I need to bring?

Please bring your laptop if you have one - if you really can't bring your own please contact us beforehand!

🚀 We will provide free drinks 🥤 and pizza 🍕 to keep your energy high.

About our study groups: our sessions are for women, or anyone who identifies as one, who would like to get into programming, learn a new programming language, do programming homework or just wants to connect!

This is your chance to learn in a relaxed setting with other women. The study groups are free, no prior knowledge is required, and everybody is able to work at their own pace.

It's also a time to have fun, network, and ask our mentors anything about how they got into working in tech roles (all our mentors are women who work in the tech area).
