Let’s meet at Southern Grounds at 200 1st Street in Neptune Beach then take a walk on the beach. After, we can eat brunch at a nearby restaurant. Parking is free until 11:30 am. There’s a parking kiosk next to Southern Grounds. You’ll need to know your car plate number. It’s about $2.
