This meeting's itinerary:
3:45-4:15pm: Introductions, welcome, and likely getting off-topic.
4:15-30pm: Venting, griping and discussing our complex systems we have in place to not forget everything...that we often forget.
4:30-5:30: Education and discussion on AuDHD burnout, self-care, and prioritizing your health.
