What we’re about
The purpose of this group is to provide short meditation sessions to help ground, relax and refresh. I will try to mix in some breath work, loving kindness, body scans, etc...so that there will be a little something for everyone. Meditations will be led and will be practiced live online, at least until it's safe to potentially meet in person (fingers crossed). <br>
Note: If anyone is interested we may still offer some Wim Hof breathing meditation occasionally, if I can coax a guest to help facilitate guidance.
