**PARKING**: AW, THE P-WORD. WELL, THE SOONER YOU COME THE BETTER AND THERE IS PARKING ACROSS PCH IN THE AREAS NEAR THE CITY HALL
**ATTIRE**: IT CAN GET REALLY COLD AT THE HARBOR AT NIGHT SO BY ALL MEANS BRING A COAT
