A GATHERING TO HELP US NAVIGATE OUR GRIEF DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON
Details
Join us on Saturday, November 16th as we come together again to find ways to uncover small moments of gratitude in the midst of this tough holiday season. This event is a safe and sacred space for individuals seeking communal support in dealing with the oncoming holidays while dealing with the intense and overwhelming feelings of loss and grief, especially through the holidays. We bravely share our stories and experiences in the hope of uncovering ways to help us cultivate a more positive outlook and mindset during these difficult times. Just the feeling of being seen, heard and understood in the sea of our grief is sometimes all we need to feel a little better in the moment.
Our gathering will focus on respectful communal sharing, honest conversation about death, dying and the loss we are experiencing. Together, we will hopefully find some tools to help us feel a tad more hopeful during the holidays, explore how to navigate the complexities of grief while figuring out our path towards greater acceptance in dealing with the overwhelming loss in our life.
If you are seeking support and encouragement as you find your way through your own unique journey of grief .... this gathering is for you and we would love for you to join us.
During our gathering we ask that you be respectful of our other members and arrive on time as to not interrupt the group sharing once the meeting begins. Feel free to come a few minutes early and grab your coffee/beverage and snack should you want to purchase items from Herb's House Coffee & Company.
Disclaimer: This gathering is in no way a therapy or medical advice session and should not take the place of any therapeutic modalities or sessions that you may currently be involved with your medical doctor, therapist, counselors or coaches in your grief journey.
