Friday Night Meditation with Venerable Ruan

Dear new and old friends,

Come and join us for a little taste of inner peace and spiritual happiness! It's our once a month guided meditation event again. What make this event extra special is that it will be led by a Buddhist nun. We are honored to have Venerable Ruan from the Fo Guang Shan Temple of Toronto to guide us and inspire us.

We will meet at the Buddha's Light Center Waterloo located at 9 Eglin St. Waterloo. We have our own parking lot here. If it is full, you can use another parking lot of ours at 79 Regina St N, Waterloo (these two parking lots are connected).

To make sure that everyone can join without worrying about financial conditions, we host it as a free event. But we do welcome donation of any amount, if you are willing to support our ongoing commitment to promote community members' mental and spiritual wellbeing. We very much appreciate your generosity and support.
