Welcome to our group! We're excited to bring together local artists and models who are passionate about creating and appreciating figurative fine art. We are currently focused on fine art photography, life drawing and life modelling, but welcome creatives from all fine art media.
We love the creative community of the Wimmera and welcome anyone who is keen to travel to Horsham (e.g. Natimuk, Dooen, Nhill, Rupanyup, Murtoa, Stawell, Warracknabeal, Minyip, Halls Gap, etc). Our group is led by Terry Pollock, local painter and photographer with a deep connection to the Horsham community.
At our meetup events, you can expect a diverse range of activities and opportunities to engage with the artistic world. Terry facilitates the monthly life drawing workshop held at the Horsham Regional Art Gallery. He also hosts variety of ad hoc events such as photographic workshops, group shoots and collective exhibitions, providing a platform for both beginners and experienced artists to learn, grow, and showcase their talents. Whether you're looking to enhance your photography skills, draw from life, become a life model, explore different artistic mediums, or simply connect with fellow art enthusiasts, this is the place for you.
