Welcome to the December Tampere meetup of Finnish Testing Meetup Group!
We'll meet at the new and shiny Tampere office of Vincit! The office is located near Ratina shopping centre, address is Ratinankuja 1.
Our first topic is: "Hit the ground running: How to start being productive in QA from the day one", by Jani Grönman from Hidden Trail. It is about a common problem we have (especially as consultants): how to onboard yourself to a new project or other assignment and how to be productive even if you don't know the domain or the system yet. Jani goes through practical examples of what you as a QA professional can do and how to start testing right from the get go and how to gradually increase your knowledge and confidence.
Topic number 2 is very interesting: "How GenAI Agents Will Bring a Validation Revolution to SW Development" by Kalle Mäkelä from Eficode.
In the talk and demo Kalle will show how agent driven SW development is surprisingly robust already today. He'll guide us through how testing oracles are driving your future way of working forward.
