Our sessions are about bringing people together, free of charge. FitFam offers HIIT workouts, combining bodyweight strength and conditioning philosophy, which alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of rest. Think push-ups, squats, jumping lunges, and lots of burpees... but more creative and interactive!
