What we’re about
Fitness Dancing is exactly that: we dance for fitness and for fun.
Casual dancing is a fun and free way to exercise. Come learn from others and or share your own dance moves.
It’s like Zumba but not focused on the leader. You can copy moves or bring your own. It’s like a disco, but it’s done in a park during the day with no alcohol.
This group is open to all who are interested in dancing for fitness (to maintain good health).
Each session lasts 1 and a half hours.
We will do casual and spontaneous dancing during each session with music played from a small speaker.
