Meet up at CrossFit Voyage at 4:50. Finish the WoD and then go to Hatha yoga at Moobird.
On Tuesdays, we run a 5k on the trail and then head to a flowing yoga session at Moonbird.
We do the WoD at CrossFit Voyage and then ruck on the trail. Good day for strong cores and legs!
On Thursday, we run a 5k on the trail and then do some yoga at Moonbird.
