Welcome to FERN, a birdwatching group dedicated to creating accessible and inclusive nature experiences for women and gender-diverse individuals in Australia.

FERN aims to foster a welcoming community where people of all abilities can explore and appreciate Australia's diverse birdlife. We're committed to making nature accessible to everyone, ensuring that disability accessibility is the rule, not the exception, in our outings.

We're excited to connect with:

Our FERN gatherings will include:
