We are excited to announce an upcoming event, Collaborating with Customers, Stakeholders, and Other Roles. This event is designed to enhance your ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional roles.

Event Details:

• Activity: Role-playing exercises that simulate interactions with customers and stakeholders to improve negotiation and communication skills.
• Why: To practice the nuances of stakeholder communications and collaborative problem-solving in a controlled, reflective environment.
• Goal: Strengthen abilities to foster productive relationships and ensure project alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.

Event Leader: The event will be led by Charles Walstad, a Managing Director at AGILEST®. Charles has a wealth of experience in Agile methodologies and is known for his effective leadership and communication skills.
