New Investors and Experienced Investors meetup to share their vision and repair costs or estimates for one property each month. Sometimes they are bank-owned (REO) or properties that someone in our group is working on. The locations for the houses are released a day or two prior to the Meetup, check your email or check back on the page for the addresses of the houses we will be going to.
