What We'll Do:
New Investors and Experienced Investors alike meetup to share their vision and repair costs/estimates for one or more properties each month. Some properties are bank owned. Sometimes they are properties that someone in our group is working on. The locations for the houses are released a day or two prior to the Meetup. When We Meetup:
Normally the 4th Saturday of every month but occasionally life gets in the way! Happy Investing!
