Welcome to the Flushing Zen Sitting Group, where we gather to practice zazen meditation. This is an inclusive, non-denominational group.
Beginners welcome.
Initial goal is to gauge interest and commitment in sitting Saturday mornings in Flushing Queens.
If we can get 5 -10 members signed up we can secure a space and hope to start in October or sooner.
Mission: provide an inclusive space for zazen and soto zen practice in Queens.
